Maintenance and replacement

1. Check whether the air filter is in good condition. The new filter element has no damage on the seal and surface. If there is any obvious damage, do not replace it.

2. Remove the outer cover of the filter element. After turning off the engine and parking, flip up the cab. Remove the four hex bolts on the air cleaner maintenance cover and remove the maintenance cover. Replace the main filter element according to the instructions on the main filter element.
3. Remove the main filter element. With the help of the handle of the main filter element, pull the filter element outward, tilt the filter element, the filter element will come out from the sealing surface of the housing, and the main filter element will be taken out from the housing horizontally.
4. Clean the air filter housing. Keeping the safety filter element in place, clean the inside of the air cleaner housing with a clean rag.
5. Remove the safety filter. Using the handle on the safety filter element, tilt the filter element for easy removal from the housing. Replace the new safety filter immediately after taking it out to avoid exposing the clean pipe to the outside world for a long time.
6. Install the main filter element. Tilt the filter element slightly, slide it down until the filter element touches the end of the housing, and then push the main filter element toward the air filter outlet until the sealing surface completely enters the housing.
7. Tighten the outer cover. When installing the air filter maintenance cover, install the bottom two bolts first, do not tighten them completely, then install the upper two bolts and tighten them uniformly.
8. Check the air filter outlet hose. After replacing the filter element, the connecting hose between the air filter outlet and the engine supercharger inlet must be checked to ensure that the seal is intact.
