Effect

The filter of diesel generator set is a special pre-filtering equipment for engine oil for internal combustion engines. It can filter out more than 90% of mechanical impurities, colloids, asphaltenes, etc. in the engine oil, which can ensure the cleanliness of the engine oil to the maximum extent and increase the service life of the engine. . Unclean oil will cause abnormal wear and tear of the engine’s fuel injection system and cylinders, reduce engine power, rapidly increase fuel consumption, and greatly reduce the service life of the generator. The use of oil filters can greatly improve the filtering accuracy and efficiency of engines using felt-type oil filters, extend the life of imported high-quality oil filters several times, and have obvious fuel-saving effects.

Install

How to install the diesel oil filter: The oil filter is extremely easy to install. When using it, you only need to connect it in series with the oil supply line according to the reserved oil inlet and outlet ports. Pay attention to the connection in the direction shown by the arrow, and the direction of oil in and out cannot be reversed. When using and replacing the filter element for the first time, fill the oil filter with oil and pay attention to the exhaust. The exhaust valve is on the end cover of the barrel.
