Working principle

The function of the air filter is to separate the liquid water and liquid oil droplets in the compressed air, and filter out the dust and solid impurities in the air, but cannot remove the gaseous water and oil.

1. 2. After that, the compressed air will enter the separation chamber. After entering the separation chamber, the air flow speed will naturally slow down. When the air circulation speed slows down, the particles flowing through the previous channel will gather again. There is a honeycomb-like water trap in the separation chamber, and the passing water mist will condense on this trap. The non-condensed water is water with impurities. The water with impurities will flow along the bottom of the device, and then when it reaches the position of the drainage device, the electric drain gate will discharge the water.
