1: The oily sewage is sent to the oil-water separator by the sewage pump. After passing through the diffusion nozzle, the large oil droplets float on the top of the left oil collecting chamber.
2: The sewage containing small oil droplets enters the corrugated plate coalescer in the lower part, where the oil droplets are aggregated into larger oil droplets to the right oil collecting chamber
3: The sewage containing oil droplets with smaller particles passes through the fine filter to remove impurities in the water, and then enters the fiber aggregator in turn, so that the small oil droplets are aggregated into larger oil droplets and separated from the water.
4: After separation, the clean water is discharged through the discharge port, the dirty oil in the left and right oil collecting chambers is automatically discharged through the solenoid valve, and the dirty oil separated in the fiber aggregator is discharged through the manual valve.

First, we can use the sewage pump equipment to transport the oily water through the pipeline to the oil-water separator, and then let the sewage pass through the diffusion nozzle to promote the large oil droplets to float up to the top of the oil collection chamber on the left. After treatment, some sewage containing small oil droplets will flow to the next part of the device, which is the corrugated plate coalescer. The sewage will pass through the aggregated oil droplets at this location and form larger oil droplets, and then flow to the oil collection chamber on the right.
After the fuel-water separator passes through the above several treatment processes, the particles of oil droplets in the sewage will be smaller. In this case, the sewage containing smaller particles is passed through a device called a fine filter. The main purpose of this device is to filter and remove impurities in the water. Then the sewage will flow to the fiber polymerizer in sequence, causing the fine oil droplets to undergo a polymerization process and form larger oil droplets, which are then separated from the water.
