How to replace the fuel filter

The function of the fuel filter is to filter the impurities in the fuel of the car to make the fuel supplied to the engine to be burned more pure; as we all know, the quality of gasoline is uneven, and the maintenance of the fuel filter cannot be ignored; the general gasoline filter It needs to be replaced every 20,000 kilometers:
1. Disconnect the fuel pump fuse of the vehicle or disconnect the power supply of the vehicle to avoid the action of the fuel pump to pump out gasoline when the fuel pump is removed;
2. Remove the cushions of the rear seats and the cover plate on the oil pump;
3. Replace the new gasoline filter assembly with the corresponding parts on the old gasoline filter;
4. Apply petroleum jelly to lubricate the sealing rubber ring of the fuel pump to avoid leaking fuel or fuel gas due to inadequate sealing after the sealing rubber ring is twisted;
5. Install the fuel pump cable plug and the fuel pipe on the fuel pump to check whether there is leakage. If there is no leakage, install the seat. If there is leakage, reinstall the sealing rubber ring.
