Replacement components:

1. Loosen the drain screw drain device.
2. Loosen and remove the filter element.
3. Loosen and remove the bowl from the filter. Please note that the bowl can be reused, unless it is damaged, do not throw it away.
4. Wipe the O-ring cover clean, and seal the O-ring with clean oil or grease, and then put it back into the gland. Tighten the bowl
Fix the filter firmly on the filter by hand.
5. Use clean oil or grease to seal the O-ring of the coated filter element, connect the filter to the filter head, and tighten it by hand.
6. Run the engine and check for fuel leaks.

Note:

1. Make sure you take out the filter and filter bowl from the installation housing, and put a light film of fuel on the O-ring. When served, it will leak without lubrication to allow proper crushing.
2. For the diesel transfer tank to filter the fuel before entering the main tank, the only thing is that you must ensure that you get the proper sealant thread. When installing for the first time, avoid thread leakage. You’d better get some thread paste, because if the syringe is loose, the syringe may be inserted.
3. Regular inspection and replacement.
4. S3213 filter assembly is a diesel and water separator, not suitable for gasoline and water separators. The frequency of water wear or filter replacement depends on the contamination level of the fuel. Check or drain the water in the collection bowl every day, and replace the filter every year, whichever comes first. Gasoline is very flammable and highly explosive under certain conditions. When replacing the filter element, always stop the engine, do not smoke or allow the flame to open in this area.
