How to deal with oil filter blockage of hydraulic filter

1) Cleaning with volume:

Commonly used volumes are trichloroethylene, paint thinner, toluene, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, etc. These solvents are easy to catch fire and have certain toxicity, so you should pay full attention when cleaning. Alkaline solvents such as caustic soda and caustic potash can also be used, interfacial active degreasing cleaning and electrolytic degreasing, etc. Although the latter has strong cleaning ability, it is corrosive to the filter element, and the solvent must be removed as soon as possible after washing with water.

2) Cleaning by mechanical and physical methods:

1. Clean with a brush:

Use a soft brush to remove the dirt on the filter element. A hard wire brush will damage the mesh type and line-gap type filter element and brush off the sintered particles of the sintered filter element. This method is not suitable for paper oil filters.

2. Ultrasonic cleaning:

Ultrasonic acts in the cleaning solution to remove the dirt on the filter element, but the filter element is a porous material and has the property of absorbing ultrasonic waves, which may affect the cleaning effect.

3. Heating volatilization method:

The fouling on the oil filter can be removed by heating, but it should be noted that carbon ash and solid attachments cannot remain inside the filter element during heating.

4. Compressed air blowing:

Compressed air is used to blow out the fouling on the back of the fouling layer, and the effect of pulsating airflow is better.

The method is the same as above, and it is better to use the two methods alternately.

1. Paper filter element: According to the filter resistance indicated by the pressure gauge or the clogging indicator, replace the new filter element, generally do not clean;

3.
